This is nice looking manipulation! Very cool. It caught my eye almost instantly as I browsed the new art.
If I could offer a few suggestions though. The frame of the picture looks 2D, but the image inside doesn't. So while the thumbnail in the gallery looks like a 2D to 3D conversion, the full view tends to be a slight let-down there. To achieve a 2D/3D blend in Photoshop, what I would reccomend is to select an arbitrary 2D plane where the surface of the should be and use Stencil or one of the other filters to make the picture plane look like a drawing, and then have a live cobra rising up of what looks like a drawing.
This is definitely a very awesome idea though!
