I really dig the lighting in this one....her expression is so haunting to me, I feel as though she is saying, "you don't want to know where I've been and the places and faces I've seen."
I know that look, well. tired-some from all the pain and distress. It brings me back to my childhood memories. which makes me carry that same expression.
