This is beautiful. The hair is just lovely and the fish are very cute

It kinda reminds me of an old myth about a water godess who had no fingers on her hands and would trap all the creatures of the sea in her hair when she was angry. Shaman would have to joury to the bottom of the sea to comb her hair and sooth her temper.

I love the style of this. Watery creatures/people are wonderful! Great job with it. Interesting, though...to me the bubbles kind-of look like eyes. Was that intentional?
