So Ryuko would be Beatrix/Bride, Soichi/Isshin would be her trainer, Pai Mei, and the Deadly Viper Assassination Squad would be:
Jakuzure as O-Ren
Hououmaru as Vernita
Satsuki as Budd
Harime as Elle (Appropriate since they both lost an eye in similar fashion)
And of course Ragyo as Bill
