Anyone else notice the eye down at the bottom? It is in the key hole thingy...

from bottom to top...
unlocking the chest of drawers we begin to see, out of a dark key hole, a little... slowly,
next, we look with a magnifying lens at a piece of paper, and it looks back at us,
then, we begin to see the wall itself break and an eye reveal itself, which is look at a figure, again, us? stretching... stretching the imagination, stretching the limits of perception.
whatever we look at, is a look into our own psyche.
from top to bottom, reading the picture: break through the walls of your perception, investigate the details, unlock the drawers of your subconscious and peek through the key hole.
liberate yourself with imagination.
of course this is "just" an interpretation, but i love the spirit flowing...

Very nice job.
The central line composition is little restrictive and does not give all the liberty this image deserves but the concept and symbolism in it is very strong. also technicality it is very well done.
cheers.

More revelation from your brush... A veil of bricks, a wall that separates the witness from all that may be seen, is broken down by the artist's practiced eye. Reflected in the pupil, a figure drawing model suggesting that the bricks fall away as the young artist learns to see. But one veil only gives way to another as the eye searches deaper into the details revealed through lens of magnified insight. Scanning further down the canvas, we find that seeing from the outside is in fact, only the beginning, for there, peeping through the keyhole of one of Dali's famous drawers, we discover those visions that are deepest of all- the visions that arise from within.
Bravo! I see a bit better now.
