Nice one. The noise can be solved, but in this one it took a while before I discoverd how. The one from :allthenightlong: was a bit easier to solve
To get rid of (by far most of) the noise, at first uncheck 'Normals on DE'. Also, lower the value of 'DE stop' to at least lower than 4, preferable max 2.
Also lower 'Raystep Multiplier' to 0.01 or lower. This should make the objects free of the noisy borders, in the surfaces still can remain some noise, but not disturbing.
You can try this by opening your parameters, change calculation settings as above and use the 'recalculate a selection' option in the 'Postprocess' window. Activate that option, select a noisy part on your image, and push recalculate.
Hope this will help you in eventual future cases as well
