Looks like you have the same problem with applique fraying that I do. I've never tried it, but I would imagine doing a fine zig-zag stitch along the edge of the applique would prevent that. But in this case I don't think it's a big deal; it kind of emphasizes the fuzziness of the panda. :3

Yeah, just be careful with that stuff, I find that it discolors fabric quite often and never really dries, so it's always sticky...

But that might have just been the cheap stuff that I got. xD
