This image is to help as reference material for my Harpy Eagle Birds of Prey Avian Anima OC: Angel “Spectre” Harpia. The image is to illustrate one of the sniper rifles that Spectre owns and uses. This one being the American SR-25 sniper rifle. A semiautomatic 20 round box magazine sniper rifle firing 7.62 x 51mm NATO rounds. Included in the gun is a buffer assembly in the stock to help reduce recoil directed into the sniper’s shoulder when firing which also helps in speeding up getting back on target. Which works great with the semiautomatic firing mechanism. One notable use of this rifle was used in a firefight in the Middle East by a US Army Ranger to hold off attacking foes and help rescue downed comrades. Which lead to the soldier to be awarded the Bronze star for Valor. Spectre uses this sniper rifle from the shoulder, prone, or in the air with her wings. I don’t claim ownership of this and any other images I use as my own. Purely used as only reference material.
