Love your interpretation of Alice (and the WR)! The pose is very natural-looking, and i love her expression.
One thing though - the hair as opposed to everything else is bothering me. It's one of the very few things i noticed that isn't outlined in black, and it looks a bit out of place. Almost unfinished. But it was probably intentional, so...i don't know. >_>; just putting that out there.
