This is 's character, Kemthis, guarding a medieval village from a meteor shower. I'm currently working on his full painting, but I'm rather happy with how the overall composition is shaping up, so I wanted to share what my line-work typically looks like.Related content

the delicate outline of the abdominal and the palms of the hands...the intricately crafted perspective on ever scale of the curving tentacles...the beautifully symbolic camera angel on the wings....windswept hair in the action of the moment....OMGOMGOMGOMG!!!!!!
i am barely able to conceive of this is color. the prospect is just fantastic for me to imagine! *swoons*
