I like everything but the face. It kinda seems like a deranged cat. Might I suggest making it look more human? There's a trope that states the things that are most scary, are the most human, with one detail changed. Examples like people without faces, contorted bodies moving in unnatural ways, etc. Other than that, I love the parasite design and all other details.
