Now this is a story all about how,
Link's life got flipped, turned upside down,
and I'd like to take a minute just to tell his story all fine,
all about how he became the hero of time!
In the east side of Hyrule, not born but raised,
now the trees are where he spent most of his days.
Chillin' out relaxin, being all cool,
playing with deku sticks, he was no fool.
When a scary old man came into his hood,
started making trouble with the guardian wood.
Link slayed one little spider, and as the Deku tree died,
he said 'Get your fairy-boy butt over to Zelda's side!'
Now he left Kokiri forest with a sword in hand,
Started traveling across the land,
Quickly night came but he saw he wasn't alone,
He thought, Hey there, I'll just chill with these bones!'
He got to the castle just as dawn arrived,
Looked to the bone-children, but they all died,
If anything this situation was getting fine,
So he went onward to become the Hero of Time!
