I decided to take my pea turret doodle into the 3D realm. Ironically, I didn't look at my own "reference" while sculpting, so they look a little different, at least proportion-wise. Each one has a 5mm glass eye; I think it makes them cuter. xD They look funny standing in a row under my monitor... x3Super sculpey clay with wire antennae and glass eyes, painted with glossy spray paint and black acrylic.

These are glass eyes usually used for taxidermy, you can get them off eBay and sometimes some arts and craft stores (I've yet to find a brick and mortar store that offers things like this). Hope it helps!

Hello! There's quite a few places online to buy glass eyes; the ones in this picture were bought off eBay. I can't find the same seller who I specifically bought from, but this person's is pretty much the same thing: [link] It's nice that they're clear so you can paint them however you'd like. If you're looking for very realistic animal eyes I'd suggest buying from Van Dykes Taxidermy (just fyi they might start sending you their catalog in the mail regularly after that) There's some very good ones on eBay for that as well. Hope that helps!

*sigh* My friend saw your picture of the pea turret, and absolutely fell in love with it. I had thought about making her a clay necklace in that design for her birthday, but I suppose I can't really do that now, if you're selling these.

Go right ahead, there's no problem if you decided to make one yourself! =o Not only have I not sculpted any for years, but I don't really own them to begin with - the original concept is still Valve's idea. Pea turrets are just me expressing my fangirl-y side. Sculpt away!
