A piece for this month's Real Mail Exchange on LJ.Parathalyn wanted something of her recently deceased ferret BlackJack, so I made her this sculpture. I really hope it does him justice. ;_;
I greatly enjoyed making this and I love how it came out! It's done with Super Sculpey Firm and acrylic paints. The eyes, nose, lip, and claws are glossed with a clear glaze for a lifelike sheen.
I am thinking of doing commissions for these later in the year, inquire within!

OOH! this is nice! you see, the ears of a pine marten are the same as a ferret, and that is wat confused me...... please dont try to fix it though, I have made figs before, and sometimes ruined them with corrections......

OH my gosh thats so freakin' cute. I LOVE the look of the face! Kheke, especially from the front view. Those are real great proportions. I love your style of sculpture, because there -is- some serious style it in. REally cute
