Because I'm a ship nerd, what ocean liners did you use to model the ships in the background?Β I'm guessing the ship on the left is the SS United States and the ship on the right is the Queen Mary?

just to bring in a little contrast compared to the rest of the comment section which is mostly supporting:
since when has the usual image of love shifted in arts to be portrayed by same sex people (just noticing a trend)?

Since when was love defined by gender?

i never said its defined by it, i just noticed a clear shift in arts to portray the image of love in terms of couples by same sex people... i mean like, is the oppression of gay people in the past adding an additional impact on the meaning of the image?Β

Same sexΒ relationships have existed since the beginning of time, but it's less likely people are going to be stoned to death now for being open about it. I think art reflects that, either in the message the artist chooses, or simply in the way the artist feels, sometimes it's a statement, and sometimes it's just the natural evolution of the artist's expression. When we get to a point where you don't take notice one way or another, that will be good, but in the meantime, we've still got a long, long way to go.
