This looks like the best place for a creepy old hermit or witch to hang their hat. Even though the roughly shingled roof and gable show some age and wear the timbers of the main structure look very neat, carefully placed and joined. Then of course the intricately carved door and other decorations (like those scary skulls) add a lot of intrigue and perhaps a bit of intimidation too. The overcast day and gnarled, bare branches add to that too. (I'm guessing it's spring and that they'll bud soon, since the greenery in the foreground is already up.)
The tangled fence (to mark a garden?) with the pots airing out is cute; the boat gives a little more lived-in feeling too. What's the little side-hut for? Wood storage, smoking meats, cold storage…? The "runestone" style marker and its little buddies are lovely and quite intriguing too.
Your watercolor videos were fun, getting to hear your voice and seeing that your big thumb ring doesn't slow you down), and it taught me a few things. (Not that I've ever done serious watercolor… or really any kind of coloring.) Masking fluid and salt were neat, though maybe a close-up of the latter's effect would help too. Also, in a few spots your subtitled notes were hard to pick out from the background without pausing. Maybe a larger or more-contrasting stroke width would help.
Anyway, thank you again for such a lovely and interesting look at a mystical world's slice-of-life.

At the beginning I wanted to draw a hut of a forest witch, but then I changed my mind to a hunter hunting magical forest creatures. The little hut (as you correctly suppose) is for processing/storing meat.
Also, thanks so much for the tips on the video. I'll surely keep them in mind while preparing next parts!
