Morrigan (from Darkstalkers fame), Dr. Doom (From The Fantastic Four) and Akuma (from Street Fighter).

Kinda wondering how Akuma can be "bullet-hellish"... Unless he's just an assist or something

Yeah it's a team that's been made popular by a tournament player name Chris G. Morrigan is the main source of the "bullet-hell" feel because of her mirror super and her fireballs, with Dr. Doom hidden Missile assist in the back. Akuma is just the last character in the team, and is used occasionally as an assist.
