First off, I would like to say that ponysonas are great and I love seeing them. This one is no exception. However, there are a few things that I suggest be improved on.
One suggestion is not shading it since it is a ref sheet. Shading interferes with the colors of the ref sheet, making the colors difficult to see, even with the color palette. It's all up to personal choice for you however.
Another thing is the colors for it. The colors of both purple and yellow are nice and complimentary and nice. The eye colors can stand out more to have a nice effect overall.
I do like how everything looks and I also like your other art pieces. Just don't be afraid of trying something new or different. Personally, I think problems still stand in your way which can be fixed with enough work and dedication.

The details in the hair are impressive, and it really gives it a real kind of silky feel to it. The colors go together nicely in an odd sort of way that draws the eyes, which is what you need in a picture. The head is decently drawn and the lineart itself is very neat and organized. The one thing I suggest you work on is your shading. In some cases just blending together light and dark areas will suffice, but its always good to make your shading more in depth and realistic. Lazy shading is lazy, and you should improve it if you can.
