Once in a while I get this sudden urge to draw my all-time favorite heroes and I can't fight it.I updated this old drawing because I was pretty proud of it back then but it wasn't looking good anymore.Β
I LOVE THIS CHARACTERS WITH ALL MY HEART. I'll definitely do a new proper illustration as soon as I get the time.

I love how you gave Robin the "I love Starfire" eyes, where his eyebrows/eyemask get all cute and swoopy- it's that rare expression he gets around her that still makes me ship them so hard T_T

I should also add that I always love the way you draw Cyborg. I know he's not necessarily as much fun to draw as the other characters so he doesn't get as much love in fanart despite being one of the best characters in the show.
I couldn't agree more with your criticism (though you're a bit kinder than me). They didn't air it where I live in Canada until it showed up on Netflix and I couldn't resist checking it out despite the trailers making it look awful and soul-crushing. I really didn't like the tone or the writing and there was just so little chemistry between the characters. I actually really loved the casting for Starfire and her pink curls, but I felt everyone's acting left a lot to be desired and the degree of violence was just gross. I somehow made it with only two episodes left in the first season before I just couldn't sit through anymore of it. And while I get that Cyborg wasn't an original titan like in the tv show, I just miss his presence so darn much- it's probably a good thing these writers didn't get their hands on my boy.Β
