Welp, I've been inactive for sometime now. Sorry for that, I've been having some art block. But I'm back now! (hopefully)Finally got the motivation to make this. It's been months I swear since I wanted to do this ;w;
I haven't really shown all of Stormy's forms like this. But yea, on the far left it's his form when he's fully charged with lightning and has uncontrollable power that can easily blow anybody away. In the middle is his normal form and when he's off in Pyroland lol. Then on the far right is his rage form, as u can see he loses control of himself and ends up trying to kill anything in his path (which was originally inspired by this: {SFM} Die In a Fire )
So know we got it clear on his different forms xD Also don't worry his very destructive forms don't show up that often...
and I also wanted to show how he's so opposite in things, like me irl. I love very opposite things x'D

Hmm well I'm not that good on giving tips
But all I say is that I use paint tool sai for the majority of my edits and custom brushes I've downloaded from here. I mess with the saturation and contrast to make the colors brighter. Also the same with gimp, but it already has cool brushes, and way more tools. I'm still new to it, so I probably can't help ya with that one. But gimp is free at least :3
Just mess with what ya have and see what you can do. That's what I do :"D
