I'm actually not sure about turian babies being cuddly though. Or perhaps you simply meant that babies in general are cuddly. I'd have to agree on that one.

Maybe they'd be cuddly in the way a hedgehog is. Not physically easy to snuggle, but they're so darn cute that you just want to squeeze them!

Ha ha, awww, with a very soft belly you mean? Didn't think of that. And I'm 100% sure you're right about that second idea.

Actually though, yes, I'm fairly sure infant turians would be just as soft and cuddly as human babies, otherwise they wouldn't easily pass into this world to begin with.

Oooh goodness, what if adult turians aren't ticklish but babies are because their skin is softer? And you could blow kisses on their tummies and make them squeal? I may just have to draw that! It would be so cute!

I figure their plates are soft for the first few weeks/months of age. Kind of like armadillos/hedgehogs/other spiky or plated animals.

Exactly! Awwwww, please don't get me started with that kind of mental imagery so early in the morning, lol!

And please, please draw that!

That's a good idea, it'd have to be something like that (or the way foals' or calves' hooves are covered in a soft layer) or plates might chafe inside the womb and cause bleeding. Unless the babies are encased in super thick membranes while inside their mothers. I have my own theories, I hope to get to that point some day.
