Gaspar is a pokemon that actually sat around for quite a while, he started actually taking part in battles and such only in Unova, where he did most of his training and evolved. He's a bit of a spoiled brat tough, and doesn't like getting his claws dirty, ence why all his moves are wide-range. He's also one of my mega-evolving pokemon, he wears the mega stone on his arm.
He used to be the haunter of a girl in Snowpoint city... who traded him holding an everstone, much to my joy.
He doesn't battle much, he's more of a pet than a competitive pokemon, as such, he gained a bit more weight compared to the average gengar.

Ah, yes. The famous haunter from Snowpoint city is actually one of my most beloved pokemon (or, at least the one I have). The color pattern isn't referencing any of the gengar variants I recently made because I was already done coloring and even shading this at least 5 months ago. Consider it a slightly different classic gengar.
