A completed request from user SnakeyPig. I know nothing about the character other than the design is extremely CUTE and that seems to be the whole character, correct me if I'm wrong. This ended up being a lot of work, I probably should've expected that with such a unique outfit. That being said I am so down to try another with her Project Justice redesign, they clearly had a lot of fun designing Tiffany.
