In response to someone's comment above, I'd say that you use the dodge/burn tool in perfect amounts, as there is no one part of the image where the tool is overused. The anatomy is dead-on, except for the weird angle that her boot takes on her front foot makes too much of an 'S'-curve. The coloring is excellent as well. Nice work, a kickass gun-wielding chick!

Very nice. I like the style. And the messy line art only enhances it. I think it's perfect. Feels like a Tony DiTerlizzi piece, the soft tones, soft eratic lines and great color. I don't think anything to change this would make it any better.

looks good, I like her innocent child position, hiding her rifle behind her. I find it ironic since she's a psychotic hitman hehe....but I guess it adds to her personality O_o

you should get rid of the line work though, it would look cleaner/smoother....unless it was the look you were going for n_n
you should also try to avoid using the dodge and burn tool as much as possible
