Okay, Phase 2:
After the brainwash, Cheetah of Death's costume is more Sailor-suit-y again. To fully understand this outfit, you have to know something: You may have noticed it looks a little like Telulu from Witches 5. In my first draft of Cheetah-Girl (in 5th class/ 12-13 years old) Telulu was one of her daughters in the future. In my new version, she doesn't have daughters anymore. But I liked Telulu so much, that I wanted to preserve her somehow, so ergo: She's supposed to look a little like her! You will refind the theme of the two hairknots on each side of the head in other forms too. All that is related to this.
This form of CoD is my favourite! I just love the hair colour and the dress.
Please notice, too, that her eyes change. Phase 1: Green, with pupils. Phase 2: still green, but "soulless", cause she's not really human anymore.
