Her name is Lao. This is actually a pretty well thought out character. Apart from the art, I'm also writing a book here that is inspired by the world of The Witcher and Cyberpunk at the same time, and I know that no one will believe me, but I started writing it many years before the premiere of the first Witcher game. This woman is a character in this book. She is a general, she is officially 44 years old, but being a combination of human and artificial intelligence, she has lived the equivalent of over a thousand years within her calculations.

She is a very good person to the people she cares about and absolutely ruthless and emotionless to her enemies.

What we see is outer combat cybernetic armor that can be worn by any human, but underneath which is a body that looks completely human but is also almost 100% android. In this form, she's a cyborg with actually two layers of protection.
