DeLumine is one of the most over dramatic and self confident people to step foot on this poor planet. He's certain that every word out of his mouth is not only factually correct but absolutely true, despite the fact he is notably..not intelligent. He'll ask for proof that what he's said is false and will refuse verbal proof, books or it didn't happen.
Though DeLumine doesn't really care for his partner's appearance,after all inner beauty is truly what matters, his own external beauty is very important to him. He's been known to throw fits whenever his appearance is off by even a hair.
Despite what a horrid little creature DeLumine seems to be, he is pretty nice- Assisting those who ask help of him and being more than happy to share drinks with good friends! Hell, he'll cover the tab!

History:
Though not an only child, he was the child his mother adored. Being the only shiny,along with suffering from albinism; often needing sunglasses or a jacket to go out during the day, along with heavy sunscreen, DeLumine was normally forced to remain inside during his earlier years. His mother coddling the young zubat leaving his father to care for his eldest siblings.
Through his primary school years DeLumine was constantly praised, not by his teachers, who noted a struggle with reading if the lights were on and windows open, but by his mother! The Swoobat believing her sweet boy doing the bare minimum was incredible and that he couldn't possibly be struggling, after all perfect children don't struggle! As he aged, she continued to be his biggest supporter, creating a faux air of importance that he did more than take note of- Often placing himself above his sisters at home and peers in school.
It was only when he reached his teens that he wanted to be free of his mother's overbearing grasp- Though in trying to find companionship often saw himself blocked off, other children seeing him as a sheltered mama's boy at best and a weirdo at worst.
Once he'd reached highschool, after years of being waved off by others his age, he'd noticed the girls his age were more willing to give him the time of day! Of course his mother believed no woman was suited for her son, but DeLumine came to realize even if he couldn't date, he'd be able to benefit from his appearance.
At 18 he signed with photography agency, becoming one of the more popular models they worked with, only slowing down when at 26 he was offered a secondary role-
A more…adult role.
DeLumine had moved out by this point, being able to film in his studio apartment and meeting his fiancé soon after getting the job!
His life continued like this for years, in the mornings he'd go out to the modeling agency for a shoot, go to a party after work with his small group of friends, and go back to work at night where he'd see his fiancé- Both at home and on the set. Eventually though, all good things must come to an end. And at 40, the now Golbat became bored of his life, after all, what was there to want when you had everything? So, with no warning to anyone, he left! Of course explaining to both managers what was going on, even wishing his now ex luck as he purchased the travel tickets!
For three years, that was all DeLumine did. Traveling from region to region, taking in the culture, the food, the women- Finding himself intrigued by their variety of wines and alcohols, after all each was wholly unique to the region he was from. Eventually, he decided to finish his small tour on an island called Harthaven. Using the money leftover from his film and modeling career to purchase a winery and importing some wines to go in it, to share the rich cultures he'd learned of over travel of course! After all what better way to learn about a new place then to sample their spirits?...Though perhaps it was just an excuse to have a sip while he works-
