Jacket is made from scratch, basic sewing blabla.
But pants I bought from second-hand store and only made them smaller and sewed couple other things. Shoes are painted. The cap is made by making random hat bigger and sewing and painting :> Sorry bad explaining but I don't know correct terms for all the words !

Actually it took me, like, 4-5 days? It was a simple outfit :> and yeah, sometimes cosplays are a real pain in the you know where XD but the results are always worth the work !
