Incredible colors. There's something here that seems like an old anime, probably the line art.
However, the colors are a little pale. Although the white spots allow for space and help the drawing breath, the sections you have filled in don't seem to appear quite bright enough. Perhaps additional condensing would help.
Colors, even when mixed like this, are often organized by hue. Not everyone does this, but our human eye is somehow adapted to seeing colors in a certain logic. When you add a color to a drawing, remember that the color next to it has to go with the previous one. Take a look at this color wheel for a reference: [link] .
