This is Prince Smaug. He's part of my original series called Star Prophecy. Although he only appears in third expansion.

He part of sub species of Aspheramorph called Ovakin. Amphibian humanoids that are mix mash of slug, monkey, octopus and axolotl. Ovalkins are worshipers of water and wind and they incorporate those elements into their culture.

Ovalkin are capable to creating gravity bending technology. Think of their society made up of sci fi bubble technology. Ovalkins are also intersex.

As for Smaug himself. He was the son of the Ovalkin King. But he didn't like his father so Smaug became a prostitute much to his father's disapproval. But one day the Ovalkin empire was attacked and it collapsed.

With it's king dead Smaug would inherit the throne much to everyone else disapproval. Smaug was lose and afraid as he didn't want the responsibility. Until the Wind queen took pity on his people and adopted Smaug making him prince of the Northern Realm.
