Evening all

Well, the rain's returned and it appears it'll be around for a while . Still despite the intermittent downpours I was able to slip outside during one of the breaks and do some scouting for new Fae friends. Decided to check around the mossy rock where I met the Earthen Gnome a few days back and to my surprise there was another one there perched on top of the rock. He was doing some sort of chant or deep throat singing and it was insanely soothing. I ended up just sort of hanging around to listen to him and the sounds of birdsong along with the patter of rain drops falling from the nearby trees and plants as they swayed in the breeze. If it weren't for the fact that the clouds above threatened to release another downpour any minute I would have stayed and listened to several encores. As it was I was able to take a couple photos of him and then invited him to the Den. He said he'd consider it but seemed in no hurry to move from the rock. I honestly hope he does choose to join us for a while as I could seriously get used to listening to him sing in the rain.
