Howdy Friends
Sorry it took so long to post anything but after I recovered from the plague I ended up sort of relapsing and needing medical attention. Thankfully my doctor believes this to be a different, much milder virus that I just happened to catch because of my weakened immune system (stomach bug to be exact) and so I been prescribed some meds to help deal with it as needed.
So I haven't really been up to going out very far to seek out more gnomes but there have been some that have taken notice of my welcome sign and have decided to come and say in for the summer. This group pictured here are actually a pretty unique bunch as they are some of the smallest gnomes I've ever seen. Unfortunately, I've been told by Mormor that this is because they've been displaced for so long now they're starting to fade away. I guess that when these types of gnomes lose their home and purpose they start slowly wasting away and become smaller until they disappear. This is why they desperately want to find homes and work as to not be forgotten and disappear from the world.. As for their attire, it seems they used to work for a beekeeper. But, much like the other gnomes of Mormor's group, their home was lost in the fires years back. It had already been struggling what with the rapidly declining honeybee population and the fires were basically the final nail in the coffin. Thankfully this area has a decent amount of wildflowers and so the gnomes have been able to follow some bee colonies and help increase the insect's numbers. They'd still very much like a home though, and are hoping to find one with another beekeeper or and avid gardener.
