Compliments: I really like his duel colored eyes. They seem to give him a more tortured look, but add to the mysterious factor of his character, which does well in the picture because he looks sort of misplace/scared/unsure. I really love the green added to his hair, and his wings were beautifully done, well done in general. (: He seems like a really cool character.
Critiques: I don't really have anything I don't like about this character or how you drew him, if just some advice: (It may just be in your style, so forgive this otherwise, but) his neck seems a bit long, and while it adds to the angle of the picture, it's just something to keep in mind. If it helps at all, for the wings, I can recommend a few tutorials or just looking at birds; the wings are bad, if anything, it's just that the feathers seem to fall a bit weird. Nothing bad though.
[Other] Comments: I overall like this picture and character a lot. I hope to roleplay with you/him in the future. ^^ I love the thought you put into him and I hope to continue seeing him, despite his difficulty to draw. (;

It was late at night when she passed through the woods. It was the dark she admired about the night; there was really no way to pick apart a person from the shadows of trees and the wisps of black-seeming bushes. Her wings were extended, which was unusual for her. They ached, and even more so as they dragged behind her. It wasn't until she stepped into some lonely opening in the forest that the moon cast upon her appearance. She was splattered with blood, her glaive in hand dripping. Reaching up, she drew back her mask to take a breath. It wasn't until a snap of a twig snapped her attention to the side-- she hadn't expected someone to find her there.
