Jeff the killer finds himself in a very colorful land with eyes that surround him. Last night my friend commented that Jeff/Jeffrey looked like he was doing a eighties rock thing with the multiple colored hair and the clouds were fun to make because they only added to the background. Next time it would be nice to see some big rats living on the clouds like in My Little Pony where the inhabitants live on clouds. It would be so cool to see earth Ponies live on clouds too!Remember fanart means copyright.
