So this fellow is a cat..... thing.... he's 7'3", a hobo (but actually LIKES living on the streets), is always prepared for rain with his poncho and rain boots, and he's got a New York accent. He loves watching drama/fights to quell his boredom, but at the end of the day would rather see people be friends than enemies.
