Inspired by the tiny blue wrens who visit my windows every morning to chatter to themselves and attack their own reflections.. I love them.
I painted this entirely for my own personal torture The first completely personal work I've managed to finish in a long time!
How long did it take? I have no idea. It started as a scribble in Jan 2010... & now it is December.

Well, THIS IS IT for painting for a little while. I'm going to be sewing for the next few days, and swimming in the pool when it gets unbearably hot in my 'studio'. Have a brilliant New Year everyone Thanks for all the support you've given me in 2010. You are awesome

Well this is quite a surprise!
