With how much my first meme regarding Simpsons hypocrisy did: www.deviantart.com/gijf2k1/art… , I decided to make a part two. This time regarding Al Jean's second tenure as showrunner. A man in deinal, Al Jean often deflects criticism by saying that "the show is as good as ever" and thanks to The No Homers Club: nohomers.net/forums/index.php?… , he has said the following quote. Even though a lot of what people consider to be the worst episodes of The Simpsons came from the tenure he's had since season 13. Which makes his statement regarding The Principal and The Pauper more hypocritical. Yeah, the premise of the episode is kinda stupid, but it's pretty tame in comparison to what came afterwards (I will make a deviation defending that episode sometime in the future). I'm not saying that Al Jean is a bad person nor should you go after him, what I'm saying is that he's done and said some pretty dumb things like how he thought that the Michael Jackson episode I mentioned previously was "used to groom boys".
