Are you even up there? Am I just speaking to wind, or are you here, somewhere. Listening to me.
If you are, then please, help her. I want her to be happy. No matter what it means. Just let her stop hurting. She needs someone to love, protect, and warm her. Just the way I long to do now. But I know I can't. I lost my chance, Lord. I know that. She needs someone who won't shut themselves away just because they're afraid of disappointing her. Please, let her be happy.
Send her someone who will be everything she needs. Everything I couldn't be. Someone to cherish her like a rare diamond, because that's what she is. Something rare and beautiful. I was just too blind to see it.
I love her, still. I think I always will, God. But I'm trying my hardest to let her go.
It's what's best for her.
To leave me and find someone to be there for her.
