part of my disney fashion projectI had a hard time creating a contemporary design for belle (from disney's beauty and the beast) because her gown is so big and yellow and baroque (probably my least favourite period style, all the gold and pink and baby blue yuck).
I wanted her dress to be a modern ball gown (which was the idea when I first started this project) and I'm pretty happy with how it turned out. a far cry from my first design for belle though
