Description After work in France, there were a couple of days to hike in the "Berner Oberland" -- or the mountains that surround Interlaken, Switzerland. This is first in a short series from there. It was cold, snowy, and wonderful.

Well probably nothing as dramatic as this, but we got for example beautiful forests, lakes, swamps, the sea and the rather rough nature of Lapland. So there is plenty to choose from for a nature photographer.

Oh that is gorgeous. I love blueish quality of the greys and white. Even a committee of painters couldn't quite capture such a moment as this.
