intento repetir un poco los pasos que sigo cuando pinto en forma manual generalmente doy el grueso del color en un solo layer (usando un lienzo oscuro y buscando luces, un poco como pinta bisley), para que todo se vaya fundiendo. mas menos evito usar las herramientas que delatan en exeso el uso del photoshop como gradientes y pintar usando herramientas de seleccion.

well, photoshop CS it's my favorite paint program. usually I work form a darken tone, adding lights to the draw.
I try to make it similar to the organic painting process using a sinlge layer.

Usually I use the default brush tool whit a little changes in preferences... 6 pixel range is the smallest size.

It reminds me of those deep sea fish...only scarier. I love the shading and the no lineart style: very painterly. ^.^ I'd like one as a pet. Yup...no more robbers for me. ^.^
