On a serious note, this is an epic shot.  It represents perfectly what the Nords are all about; pride, strength and courage.  And mead.  You cannot run headlong at a titanic, death-spewing dragon without having ploughed through at least eight barrels of mead.

I think that might be Alduin, I haven't seen any other dragon like that, maybe this is at the beginning of the game??
