Well in reality is 90% traditional style (Paper and wood pencil) just black background and red words are digital.

En cualquier caso, respondiendo a tu pregunta: En lo personal encuentro mas sencillo el uso del photoshop, tambien poseo Corel and Painter, pero sin la herramienta de la paleta digital no puedo explotarlos como es debido.
