Description
A birthday present I made for my sister in August that I had to wait until her birthday passed to post anywhere.

I discovered while looking up reference pictures that there is no set design for the end of Shenron's tail, some cannon pictures have it end in a frill of spikes, others have it end in just a point where the spikes had ended farther up the tail. Most images are of him half emerged from the dragon balls, which is what I decided to opt for here. I chose the four starred ball because that's Goku's "grandpa", so it seemed appropriate.

Hats like this will be available for commission once I get more business stuff figured out.
