Description This was my exam project at school, the pattern is inspired by the "funeral dress" of Eleonora di Toledo, wife of duke Cosimo di Medici. The colour was given (a handwoven dupioni silk), the decoration was at free choice. I tried to get as close to the original as I could with the material we had.
The hairdo is a bit unhappy, but that was the final project of the pupils of the make up artists school, so I had nothing to say in this matter

Well, I do believe that. I saw you are from Switzerland (which is about 50 km from my place), and as far as I know, there are not many events suited for such clothing.

Not at all There are some Regency picknicks and quite a lot medieval stuff, but nothing renaissance or victorian

Up Norht there are some events I heard, but too far to go there for just one afternoon. -.-
