Description
Oktontos is one of the largest cities on Silva. This metropolis began to grow a long time ago, and thanks to its location (on the island of Gafra in the Ringed Sea, between the three continents - Delcaria and two Halgrias), it quickly became the largest seaport. Many merchant ships pass through it, going from Delcaria to both Halgrias and to the Rotosawa archipelago.

Recently, a putsch took place here and peacemaking forces from the Concord and the Factorial landed on the island. Despite all their assurances of peaceful intentions, both blocks do not want to miss the opportunity to gain control of such a perspective place.
