Made a very basic design guide for everyone at PKMNation. Of course, since the possibilities are endless I can't answer everything exactly in one of these, but I hope this will help a little bit for the most basic of questions :"D This one covers Basics, Design, Color, Morphs and Shinies.As always, if you really aren't sure if your design on any level is acceptable, ask a mod!

If i make a Murkrow morph,could i pattern her with pink tips? (Pink is the shiny colour of a normal Murkrow; my future (i didn't drawn her yet) Morph would be black with this tips

Well but since they're Pokèmon, they might be based on reptiles, but still be able to have fur, expecially the more "human-looking" ones.

There are technically none as of Gen VI, not even the Legendaries, but in a magical-ish world like Pokèmon's, who cannot say that a Pokèmon who looks like an Earth Reptile using an anime style, isn't actually just short-furred? Look at Shuckle, you'd say the yellow part was slimy like a snail and the red part was like lightweight rock. But who'd know for sure? The red part might also be like a bug's shell. He seems like a turtle in animestyle but he's actually a fungus.
Also when i make fakemon's i just think of cute\pretty shapes, then i choose a type, and color the shapes after the type. And then give him a weird name to make them stand out.

That would be considered too much of a change for a non morph, and would have to be a morph. The body shape is also a little too much for a Espurr

If I erase the face pattern, that should be okay, right? About the shape, how much should I change it? I put a lot of effort in it, and it didn't seem very unrecognizable to me.

While I'm not a mod, I think I might be able to provide some tweaking advice - The legs are too long for an Espurr, which have short and stubby limbs, on a plump round little body. About 1 1/2 heads high compared to the head, not quite as wide as the head but almost. If that helps

my pikachu is a morph, but she has no eyes and some colors and markings of her previous form, is this acceptable or not?

Color might be more of something to watch out for, since that pushes into the shiny range, but given that Pikachu and Pichu have almost the exact same color you're probably fine in that regard. I would say you're probably okay because your morph would be essentially a Pichu patterned Pikachu.

I have 2 questions (Sorry to bother you >.<)

2. Would a Houndour with a slightly edited head skull and floppy ears be counted as morph? (again I don't think it would but I'm new and just want to make sure I know what's what XD)

1.You might wanna watch out with the Cubone, because it's starting to look a little less like a Cubone now. Probably is still okay, but I'd def be careful with the design imo~
2. Skull would depend on how much you alter it. A little change like you would to anything might be fine, and I believe floppy eared Houndours are alright (as that is a weirdly frequently asked question-)

I know I commented on this deviation already, but I have a small question. o w o;
I just got a Togepi, and I was wondering if it was acceptable to change the triangle pattern on it's shell to circles, and maybe lighten the red and blue colors just slightly. Would that be considered a Morph?

Sorry for the slow reply on this! Changing all the triangles to circles would probably count it as a morph. One or two off shapes might be okay, and making them slightly lighter would be acceptable, but making them all circular would probably count it as a morph.
