One day, the SCP foundation found some new universe...one where their version of the foundation...the LCE Facility...is a lot less nice to their anomalies...because their motto isn't secure contain protect...it's locate, capture, experiment.

This is less of a specimen and more of a...testing device. It was found somewhere, they didn't make it themselves. You put something in, turn the dial, press the button, and the machine gets to work. Each segment on the dial seems to correspond to quality of whatever is put in. 3 is normal, 1 is degrading to the point of total destruction, and 5 is making it as high quality as possible. However, it's not easy to get a specimen to fit inside due to it being around the size of a nightstand.
