T.E.V: Well yes, I am able to help you impress her, so she will love you more.
Jay: Yes please (nods extaticly), I'll do anything to win Nya back.
TEV: Good.

I would like someone to turn the Ninja against their true selves similar to what Discord to the Mane 6, hear is how each would work:

Kai- The first to be corrupted, The thought of losing Lloyd, he turns against them is he knows he can not be loyal to his best friend.( He is Dashie)
Jay- The second to be corrupted, The thought of losing Nya has tugged at him snce Rebooted, he loves her, and not being able to be with her, since she motivates him and loves him, makes him turn against the group.
Zane(his is based off the comic series)- The third to get corrupted, of course it is difficult to corrupt him as he has actually seen death, and to THE DARKEST BEING IN ALL OF NINJAGO!! The knowing of being different from his ninjas, knowing he will never be like them, he is always going to be a Nindroid, he will never know life how he did in the beginning of the series.
Cole- The fourth to be corrupted, the thought of letting his team down, he wants to live up to everyone's expectations as leader of the team, and also, he would also be very upset if he could not protect Seliel, his best friend/love interest
Nya- The fifth to get corrupted, she is afraid of failing, and without her friends, she may not be able to do what she wants and fails, so thinking she might fail makes her vulnerable to get corrupted
Lloyd- The last to get corrupted, the thought of livng hs own worst nightmare makes him upset, seeing his team split up and him be the last of them makes his sad.
