Oh, and I just went around the whole thing adding material to make it look like her headpiece even more....Mind you, its still a WIP so this isn't the full tutorial. I still have to add a few things here and there and spray paint it all black.
Materials used:
Hot glue
ductΒ tape
paper towels
toilet paper
paper towel roles and toilet paper roles
craft foam
plastic cups
air dry clay

This is great! What did you use for the neck piece thing? I see it's not in the last photo, but it's in the earlier ones. Amazing result! I'll be doing this for Halloween.

It was actually a costume piece from my Theodora the Wicked Witch costume. I don't really know where you can buy just the headpiece.
